Tuition and School Fees
We are pleased to advise you that enrollment for the academic year 2021-2022 is in progress. Below are specifics of the registration process.
School Registration Fee: A nonrefundable fee of $800.00 is payable at the time of registration.
Registration applications will be considered based on availability of space.
The registration fee includes: liability insurance, disaster supply fee and administrative costs. In addition, it includes a fee of $100 for Western Prelacy Board of Regents (The Board of Regents is the governing body of all Prelacy Armenian Schools and is responsible for, among other things, establishing the policies and procedures of all the Prelacy schools. A $100 per student, nonrefundable fee is assessed by the Board of Regents to cover their operational costs).
Supply Fee: A supply fee of $150 per semester is payable for each enrolled student and will cover costs for program materials and educational supplies for individual use. This fee does not include costs related to field trips, fundraising activities, and extra-curricular activities.
Nutrition Fee: For high quality nutritional balanced meals a fee of $500 per semester is required.
❖ The School registration fee, first semester supply and nutrition fees are due at the time of registration, for a total of $1450.00.
Tuition Fee for Two to Five Year Olds: Tuition is $1,000.00/month for a total of $10,000.00 per school year, per student.
For current students: Registration will be processed only if the student’s tuition account is current.
Student registration deadline is April 22, 2021. Following this deadline, student enrollment will only be available on a first come first served basis.
Hours of Operation: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (M-F)
Extended Care Morning & Afternoon Schedule & Fees: 7:30 - 8:30 am - $60/month
*Afternoon extended care includes a snack at 4:00 pm. 3:00 - 4:30 pm- 120/month 3:00 - 5:30 pm - 200/month
*Please note: Extended care hours are subject to change due to the pandemic. Children who are not registered for extended care, and are picked up after 3:05 pm, a fee of $1 for each additional 5 minutes will be charged. Children who are registered for extended care until 4:30 pm, will be charged a fee of $1 for each additional 5 minutes thereafter. Children picked up after 5:30 pm will incur a charge of $10 between 5:30-5:35 pm. Thereafter, a $1.00 fee per minute will be charged. The School reserves the right to dis-enroll students from the afternoon extended care program if they are consistently picked up after 5:30 pm.

Class assignments will be made by the School Administration with teacher recommendations. The School Administration reserves the right to make changes to class composition, including but not limited to, reassigning children to other groups anytime throughout the year. The School will not accept requests from parents for a specific teacher. The School reserves the right to admit and/or to dis-enroll any student for any reason in its sole discretion.

Submission of the following forms is required at time of registration:
-A copy of birth certificate or a copy of a passport
-Physician’s Report
-Registration payment
All new and returning students are required to annually submit health forms, including Immunization Records, Pre-Admission Health History, Parent’s & Physician’s Reports and Parent Permission for Tylenol Administration (must have physician’s stamp). These health forms and documents must be completed and returned to the School two weeks prior to the commencement of the school year.
Children ages 6 and under must have a physical exam each year. An annual dental exam is also recommended. Based on Immunization Law of California (SB277) and the decision made by Board of Regents, the school requires all children entering preschool to be current on all immunizations. Exemptions for religious or other personal beliefs will no longer be accepted. (Required vaccines: 3 Polios (OPV or IPV), 4 DTP/DTaP/DT/Td, 1 MMR, 1 HIB, 3 Hepatitis B, 1 Varicella (chickenpox)).
