Registration / Tuition and Extended Care Information 2019-2020

We are pleased to advise you that enrollment for the academic year 2019-2020 is in progress.

Below are specifics of the registration process.




$575  February 1 -  March 30, 2019

$600  April 1 - May 31, 2019

$650  June 1 - June 30, 2019

$700  July 1 – July 31, 2019

$750  Late registration in August of 2019



It includes: $100 Western Prelacy Board of Regents student fee, liability insurance, yearbook, disaster supply fee, student supply fee and administrative costs.

Important: Registration will be processed only if the student’s tuition account is current. NO BALANCE on the day of the registration.

***Existing student registration deadline is May 31, 2019. Thereafter, it will be on a first come first serve basis.

Class assignments will be made by the School Administration with teacher recommendations. The School Administration reserves the right to make changes to class composition, including but not limited to, reassigning children to other groups. Due to high volume of student registration, the School cannot accept requests from parents for a specific teacher. The School reserves the right to admit and/or to dis-enroll any student for any reason in its sole discretion.



Tuition is $900/month for a total of $9,000 per year, per student.

(Meals are included - breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack).


HOURS OF OPERATION: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (Monday thru Friday)



Morning extended care

7:30 am - 8:30 am - $25/month

*Afternoon extended care includes snack at 4:00 pm                 

3:00 pm - 4:30 pm - $60/month

3:00 pm - 5:30 pm - $120/month                             


On a daily basis, children who are picked up after 3:05 pm and are not registered with the office for extended care services will be charged $1 for each 5 minutes. Children who are picked up later than their registered time (after 4:30 pm) will be charged $1 for each additional 5 minutes and late pick up after 5:30 pm. A penalty of $10 will be charged pick up between 5:30-5:35 pm and 5:36 pm and on $1.00 a minute.

Preschoolers who have elementary siblings can stay in extended care after 8:00 am and until 3:30 pm free of charge. Children to be registered at the preschool office.



In an effort to facilitate the registration process, we have enclosed registration packets which need to be completed and returned to the Preschool office along with a copy of the birth certificate or a copy of a passport, physicians report, and the registration payment.  All new and returning students are required to annually submit health forms, including Immunization Records, Pre-Admission Health History - Parent’s & Physician’s Reports & Parent Permission for Tylenol Administration (must have physician’s stamp).  These health forms and documents must be completed and returned to the School before each school year begins. Children age 6 and under must have a physical exam each year.  An annual dental exam is also recommended.

Based on Immunization Law of California (SB277) and the decision made by Board of Regents, the school requires all children entering preschool to be current on all immunizations. Exemptions for religious or other personal beliefs will no longer be accepted. (Required vaccines: 3 Polios (OPV or IPV), 4 DTP/DTaP/DT/Td, 1 MMR, 1 HIB, 3 Hepatitis B, 1 Varicella (chickenpox)).
