Tuition and School Fees 2024 - 2025
 
We are pleased to advise you that enrollment for the academic year 2024-2025 is in progress.
 
Below are specifics of the registration process.
 
Tuition Fee for Two to Five Year Olds:
The monthly tuition may incur an increase of $500/year and will be $11,500 per school year, per child.
 
School Registration Fee: A nonrefundable fee of $800.00 is payable at the time of registration.
Registration applications will be considered based on availability of space.
 
The registration fee includes:
liability insurance, disaster supply fee and administrative costs. In addition, it includes a fee of $115 for
Western Prelacy Board of Regents (The Board of Regents is the governing body of all Prelacy Armenian Schools
and is responsible for, among other things, establishing the policies and procedures of all the Prelacy schools. A
$115 per student, nonrefundable fee is assessed by the Board of Regents to cover their operational costs).
 
Nutrition Fee: For high quality nutritional balanced meals a fee of $600 per semester is required.
 
Supply Fee: A supply fee of $150 per semester is payable for each enrolled student and will cover costs
for program materials and educational supplies for individual use. This fee does not include costs related
to field trips, fundraising activities, and extra-curricular activities.
 
❖ The School registration fee, first semester supply and nutrition fees are due at the time of
registration, for a total of $1,550.00. Checks are payable to Holy Martyrs.
For current students: Registration will be processed only if the student’s tuition account is up to
date with a zero balance. Registration deadline is March 1, 2024. Following this deadline, preschool
student enrollment will only be available on a first come first served basis.
 
Hours of Operation: 8:30 am - 3:00 pm (M-F)
 
Extended Care Morning & Afternoon Schedule & Fees:
8:00 - 8:30 am - $60/month
3:00 - 3:30 pm - $60/month
 
*Afternoon extended care includes a snack at 3:30 pm.
3:00 - 4:00 pm - $120/month
 
Children who are not registered for extended care, and are picked up after 3:05 pm, a fee of $3 for each additional 5
minutes will be charged. Children who are registered for extended care until 4:00 pm, will be charged a fee of $5 for
each additional 5 minutes thereafter. The School reserves the right to dis-enroll students from the afternoon extended
care program if they are consistently picked up after 4:00 pm.
 
Class assignments will be made by the School Administration with teacher recommendations. The School
Administration reserves the right to make changes to class composition, including but not limited to,
reassigning children to other groups anytime throughout the year. The School will not accept requests from parents for a specific teacher.

The School reserves the right to admit and/or to dis-enroll any student for any reason in its sole discretion.
 
Registration Forms: In an effort to facilitate the registration process, please visit the school website
www.armenianpreschool.org download, complete and email the application forms (found under the
Admission tab) to [email protected].
 
For completion of registration, please include your credit card information.
 
Submission of the following forms is required at time of registration: A copy of
birth certificate or a copy of a passport, Physician’s Report, and the registration payment. All new and
returning students are required to annually submit health forms, including up to date Immunization
Records, Pre-Admission Health History, Parent’s & Physician’s Reports and Parent Permission for Tylenol
Administration (must have physician’s stamp). These health forms and documents must be completed
and returned to the School one month prior to the commencement of the school year. Children ages 6
and under must have a physical exam each year. An annual dental exam is also recommended.
Based on Immunization Law of California (SB277) and the decision made by Board of Regents, the school
requires all children entering preschool to be current on all immunizations. Exemptions for religious or
other personal beliefs will no longer be accepted. (Required vaccines: 3 Polios (OPV or IPV), 4
DTP/DTaP/DT/Td, 1 MMR, 1 HIB, 3 Hepatitis B, 1 Varicella (chickenpox)). The school will no longer
accept children with outstanding vaccines.
